With a focus on root causes, not just symptoms, I foster genuine deep healing and understanding.

My focus includes trauma, anxiety, betrayal, narcissistic behavior, domestic abuse, and spiritual abuse. I am trained in EMDR and will employ a range of techniques tailored to your specific needs. As a Lebanese-American and a child of immigrants, I am particularly attuned to cultural factors. Starting therapy is a big step, and I'm here to support you.
