It often feels that if one area of your life is going well, another takes a nose dive. Often the clients I work with are determined, successful and focused but still, something feels like it is not correctly aligned. Many of my clients feel that they are growing at work, but their personal lives are unfulfilling. Or their relationships feel strong, but it feels impossible to manage work and love. I help my clients determine where they want to go and who they want to be. I can help you explore your decisions, the reasons behind them and then make sense of it all.
I have a few specialities: 1. Professional adults in their 20s/30s who want to make sense of relationship/work goals. 2. Clients struggling with long-term illness and help focus on how to achieve their goals when balancing medical concerns. (I run the mental health program for a chronic illness at UCSF). 3. Clients in recovery from eating disorders
I graduated college from Northwestern University and law school from Brooklyn Law School before completing my Masters in Social Work at UCLA.
