I work with individuals who are struggling managing their anxiety and depression due to every day stressors such as work, parenting, relationships, school, past trauma and other challenges. I also work with children and adolescents who are struggling with behaviors, social navigation skills, and communication, using Play Therapy.
Some of my areas of practice are autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, self-worth, and relationship and social challenges. We can meet in person, via telehealth, or for a Walk and Talk session.
