I also understand the unique challenges the LGBTQ population faces, and I'm committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all of my clients.

In my work, I view my clients from a social justice lens and address systemic issues that impact their mental health. I utilize various therapeutic approaches to help my clients achieve their goals. I am certified in Brainspotting and utilize this approach to support clients in processing their underlying rooted traumas.
