While there may be some anxiety-provoking aspects of working with me for the first time (or any therapist for that matter), you don't have to do it alone. I specialize with LGBTQ+ adults of color from dysfunctional families. I work with adults who may not have received psychological or emotional nurturing from caregivers as children. I support clients in finding their authentic voice. As an EMDR trained therapist, I help clients resolve trauma experiences that make it difficult to deal with triggers.
In our work together, I will provide a safe and confidential space where we can discuss your concerns along with your needs and desired outcomes of therapy.
