I use a gentle psychodynamic approach to work together through unresolved issues, repetitive patterns, and crises. I work with clients facing the trauma of misplacement, domestic abuse, bullying, self-harm and eating disorders. I especially love working with immigrants who are navigating cultural, emotional, and economic adjustments. I have experience working with college students and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, life transition, and relationship issues. Free associations, dream analysis, art, and play are some of the ways I help my clients express themselves.
The goal of our work together is to help you identify self-limiting patterns, heal from past experiences, and gain insight into the current challenges you might be facing. We will use techniques such as dream- analysis, free associations, visualisation, art and play.
