I help people who’ve lost touch with what makes them happy or what really matters to them, often feeling pretty swamped by their emotions. I assist those struggling with depression, substance abuse, anxiety, OCD, panic, and insomnia. I have a special place in my heart for working with the LGBTQI+ community, and I'm also dedicated to helping military and law enforcement personnel. Together, we find ways to get their lives back in balance and reconnect them with the people and activities that truly define who they are.
I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral-based therapies, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited number of sessions. My patients describe me as silly, authentic, attentive, blunt, and interactive. I center my approach by meeting my patients where they're at in life. We won't aim for perfection, but rather, progress.

This type of group is process-style meets online, lasts 90 minutes, and occurs once a week. This group addresses a wide range of important topics from relationships, coming out, overcoming adversity and prejudice, growth, emotion regulation, and much more. Group members range in ages, ethnicities, and other characteristics which can be very helpful to gain better insights and understanding of different people. Group is a fantastic option if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to individual therapy, and, would prefer a more collective approach in improving your quality of life and overall mental health.
