FORTitude Teen Mental Wellness Series is a six-week series that helps teens: Develop self-awareness; Gain a better understanding of their emotions; Implement personalized coping skills; Foster connectedness among teen participants and the workshop facilitator; Be part of a safe, trusting environment. Groups are 1 hour and the start time depends on your child's attendance at the middle school or high school group.

FORTitude for Teens Support Group is a four-week, one hour support group for teens ages 14-18. The Support Group gives teens the opportunity to connect, share, and find they are not alone in their struggles. ? This program is for teens who want support and are willing to support each other and engage with the group.

The FORT is a community space where teens meet once a month to connect and grow stronger together through a holistic and integrative experience that nourishes the mind and body. Delivered through 5 channels using different modalities, teens are empowered through the power of connection including, ?Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, Nature & Animals; Social Emotional, Relationships; and De-stress. Your child will participate in games, group discussions, and activities that build resilience.
