I am here to help you interrupt patterns and cycles that aren't working, and to replace them with more effective, goal oriented, calm, and compassionate ones. We will also work to find what you are doing that is going well, and do more of these things.
I have focused on working with individuals and families since 2005. When working with an individual, I use an approach rooted in CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help find true control. With families, I use an approach rooted in Structural Family Therapy to reach family goals through healthy boundaries, openm communication, and balance.
I understand the drive to improve, as well as potential struggle, present in the lives of adults, adolescents, and whole families during a time of growth.
