I’d love to talk to you about what meaningful and long lasting fulfillment looks like. I believe that we have the innate resiliency to forge change for deeper meaning and joy. In my practice, I offer a safe and holistic space for all working through challenges so that you can find freedom from past patterns and habits that are getting in the way of what you really want: a greater sense of connection, more loving relationships, deeper contentment, happiness and joy. I am also a certified sound healer and offer crystal bowl sound healing experiences, or 10-15 minute experiences as part of the beginning or end of sessions if preferred.
Our work together will focus on your needs and goals, as well as addressing the roadblocks that may be in the way. I use a multi-faceted style that uses clinically minded techniques for understanding yourself more deeply. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Sex, Desire and Attachment and Anxiety healing. I am also Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Trained.
