Virtual DBT Skills Training Group
DBT Skills Training is a weekly group that functions more like a class than standard group therapy. The purpose is to enhance member's capabilities and teach specific coping skills. Using Dr. Marsha Linehan's DBT Skills Training Manual, group members will learn mindfulness skills, emotion regulation skills, distress tolerance skills and interpersonal effectiveness skills. The groups are for adults residing in PA or DE who are in concurrent individual therapy. There are currently two groups running - one on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:45 PM and one on Tuesdays from 1-2:30 PM.
