Child Loss Group
I'm so sorry you find yourself searching for this group, yet I know from the loss of my own child that this group can offer healing, solace and community to the broken hearted parent(s). This group is divided into two sections: one for parents whose child(ren) died between two months and two years ago; and a second group for parents whose child(ren) died between two and five years ago. This is a closed group that requires an initial one-on-one session to asses the appropriateness of this group to your unique grief.

Expressive Arts for Caregivers
Are you caring for a loved one with a terminal illness? If so, then you know that more often than often your needs are sublimated by the demands of caregiving. This group offers you an opportunity to process the experience and unravel from the stress of caregiving. All art projects are designed to address the unique therapeutic needs of caretakers and are processed within the group.
Teen Stress Reduction
This is a psycho-education group for teens aged 14-18 years of age. We experience the use of mindfulness meditation and cognitive behavioral techniques to address the unique challenges that teens face as they grow into and adapt to changes in their minds, bodies and environment.
