Are you struggling with anxiety on the inside while appearing to be successful and productive on the outside? You might have old wounds from toxic relationships or childhood trauma. A lot of women I work with deal with the weight of old emotional baggage and stressors from the very real demands of their current lives. Therapy can help immensely with these things. By the time people seek therapy there may be some unhealthy coping that needs to be addressed as well. Addictions and addictive behaviors will complicate life on top of everything else. I will help you find the wise woman within. Our work together will help reduce your anxiety and face your fears. I support you to add coping skills that help address trauma and PTSD. I help you make important decisions and support you to actively work on them. A lot of the women I work with are LGBTQ or allies. I am a lesbian and out since '86.
This is my life's work because my sanity was saved from a therapist and circles of wonderful misfits who were also experiencing things I had. I thought I was alone in all of it.
