Therapy is a unique space where you can let your thoughts and feelings unfold freely and in a supported way. I listen as deeply as I can to a person’s experience. Attuning to what you are saying, feeling, and to what might be hard to say or feel. Together, we might be able to find new ways to be with your pain, regrets, unfulfilled hopes, conflicted feelings, fears, and losses.

My hope for each client is that they find, through this experience, that they are better able to identify their desires, grieve their losses, and find additional ways of navigating emotional life that are both courageous and creative.

I believe the experience of being deeply listened to and met can be very helpful in resolving many different kinds of emotional struggles and opening new possibilities for living. I work with adolescents 12+ and adults and work with most presenting concerns. I am a candidate in adult psychoanalysis at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies.
