I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support as they navigate challenges such as trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, communication and relationship issues. I work with caregivers and family members who are navigating the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer's. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
Therapy can be rewarding and effective when you commit to the process. One type of therapy does not work for everyone, so I incorporate a variety of approaches to meet my client's needs. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the challenges life brings them, and help them create change and personal growth they desire.
