I have extensive experience working with adolescents, families and adults. I primarily utilize a client centered approach, incorporating CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience working in the school setting and in outpatient treatment (PHP and IOP) with both adolescents and adults.

I have specialized training in both grief and maternal mental health. I am passionate about helping individuals that need assistance in navigating these challenging times in their lives. I look forward to helping you feel better and experience life in a more positive way.
