" Parenting can be hard and those challenges can begin as early as when you start trying to conceive. Feelings of constant pressure and overwhelming anxiety can leave you feeling alone, with feelings of sadness, guilt or shame. But you are not alone. We will work together to help you find your way along your parenting journey. I will help you develop tools to feel more grounded and aligned with your values to help you be the parent you want to be.

While I specialize in working with those who are pregnant or postpartum, I work with any adults or teens who find themselves struggling with life transitions, feeling anxious or depressed, and having trouble coping with all life is throwing at them. My treatment approaches are often CBT or ACT, but we will work as a team to determine what works best for you.

When you work with me, you can expect a therapist who listens with empathy and without judgment. I believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable.
