ADHD Parent Support Group (Ongoing)
This is a monthly VIRTUAL/ONLINE group for parents of children and teens who are wondering if their child might have a diagnosis of ADHD or have already been diagnosed with ADHD. Teens are also welcome to attend. The group is meant to provide support to family members looking to learn to more effectively engage their child/teen in the home (e.g. following directions from parents, completing homework, chores, reduce yelling, etc). The group also reviews strategies to help the child/teen function better in the academic milieu (e.g. classroom accommodations, IEP's and 504's, etc)

Anxiety Group (Ages 6-12).
This is a virtual group which provides anxiety strategies to children between the ages of 6 and 12. We review relaxation strategies and a variety of cognitive behavioral strategies to help children "talk back" to their anxious voice. Parents are also encouraged to attend each group. Children learn they are not the only ones with anxiety and learn by being exposed to a variety of experiential (exposure) techniques.
