I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and have completed Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I help partners and family members rebuild safety and trust, create a caring connection, and resolve conflict with love and respect.
I have clinical experience with couples, teens, adults, and families. I know what it's like to feel sad, empty inside, disconnected.
