I also have a great deal of experience in providing treatment for Specific Phobias, Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Panic Disorder. In addition, I treat trauma and PTSD. Living with these disorders can be crippling. I have years of experience working with my clients in helping them live a better, more fulfilling life aligned with their goals and values.
I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to help you face your fears. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a type of therapy, which utilizes eye movements to desensitize and erase painful memories, as well as negative reactions to present and future events.
