I am a clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health and clinical assistant professor at NYU School of Medicine. I also coordinate the Group Therapy Program at NYU Langone Psychiatry Associates. My expertise is in treating anxiety and related disorders (PTSD, OCD, insomnia, ADHD/executive dysfunction). I have clinical and research experience at hospitals throughout the NYC area and I have completed specialized internships and fellowships. My patients often report feeling more relaxed, less afraid, having improved relationships, and increased life satisfaction at the end of therapy.

I practice Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a short-term, skills-based approach to therapy. We collaboratively assess the problem, set goals, and accomplish them together. I see patients for individual psychotherapy as well as group psychotherapy. I run CBT skills groups to improve Executive Functioning/ADHD as well as stress, anxiety, and mood.

Recently I became authorized to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology through the PSYPACT commission, which allows me to see patients virtually in the majority of states.
