Thank you for taking the time to consider my professional services. Finding the right therapist is as much about experience as it is about fit. That is why I tell everyone I meet that our first session is not only a chance for me to get to know you, but also for you to get to know me. Having worked with individuals, couples, and families for over ten years, I have learned that life is hard enough as it is. You don't have to continue going it alone. We all could use a little extra help every once in a while, so why not reach out and see what we can accomplish together.
As more of a generalist by training, I work with a variety of age groups ranging from children as young as 5 all the way through late adulthood. Most people who reach out to me are looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship satisfaction, emotional expression, grief/loss, trauma, or their children’s anger/attention problems at home or in school.
I am also fully credentialed as an in-network provider with Medicare. Better yet, I offer hours of availability up until 7 pm most weeknights.
