Having a therapist with whom you can be your true self with is the real magic ingredient that allows the therapeutic process to unfold. I love teaching my clients what I know about psychology in order to help them become a more knowledgeable, confident, insightful, compassionate, skillful version of themselves. My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel empowered to overcome any of life's challenges, today and well into the future.
My areas of specialty include working with racially and ethnically diverse individuals, and those who identify as first generation, LGBQ+, trans, & gender diverse. I work well with young adults (18+) and into middle to late adulthood on issues ranging from life transitions, academic/career stress, anxiety, depression, relationship/intimacy issues, identity
development, trauma, & family conflict. I also offer gender-affirming care by providing HRT and gender-affirming surgery letters of support. And I offer ESA assessments and letters for those meeting the ADA requirements.
