This is always the hard part, finding a counselor that feels right for you, and the initial discomfort in meeting them for the first time. I will endeavor to make this part as seamless as possible while striving to see the world through your eyes. We often have the idea that if we don't solve our problems alone we have somehow failed. I believe that we can thrive when we are able to discuss our problems with someone we trust. My hope is that I can provide a space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns. You've come this far, all that's left is to take those first few, difficult steps.
Work with couples, Idividuals, teens (currently over 12 due to virutal only at the moment). Play therapy services are paused due to being virtual only at the moment. I provide therapy for clients facing a broad range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, difficult personal or family relationships, and counselor burn out, among others.
