I am licensed as an LCSW in multiple states. I use a holistic, strength-based approach to therapy & incorporate aspects of CBT, trauma informed care, mindfulness & solution focused therapies. I am experienced with suicide, grief and loss and with helping individuals diagnosed with medical conditions, substance use, depression & anxiety and ESA letters.
