I enjoy working with clients from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. I believe that each person who seek counseling is ready for change. It is my role as a counselor to partner with the client on their journey to wholeness and healing by using interventions based on comprehensive assessments to determine the client's therapeutic needs.
I offer care for individuals (adults, adolescents), couples, and families who are experiencing life difficulties - depression, divorce, grief, relationship issues. I will partner with my clients by offering warmth, support, kindness, and a safe environment.
I am a person-centered therapist that believes in the power of change by offering unconditional positive regard and allowing the client to express themselves freely, honestly, and without judgement. At the same time, I offer a practical informed approach utilizing strategies to challenge the client to push beyond their comfort zone to navigate change.
