Let me walk with you on your healing journey and help you to reconnect to a place of serenity within. I believe human beings achieve growth through an empowering counseling relationship built on acceptance, honesty, and understanding. I practice in a way which helps you, the client, to uncover your own answers and explore your strengths in a safe, compassionate environment built on trust and respect.
I believe in a holistic and integrative approach to counseling which includes expressive arts therapy, movement, therapeutic tarot, inner-child, and Jungian dream work. I can also provide an accessible approach to learning mindfulness techniques. We will delve deep into your experience to uncover insights which bring you closer to feelings of mental health.
I currently conduct counseling through Luna Moth Counseling LLC. I primarily work with adults 18 and older. Telehealth, flexible scheduling, and evening appointments available upon request.
