I see how much our relationships between affect ourselves within. No matter how hurt we've been, how self-protective we are, or how desperate we want to connect, we sometimes get in the way of the very closeness we seek. With compassion and understanding, I work with clients to build on strengths and attain more secure loving bonds in their relationships.

I have specialized training in Couples/Marriage Therapy, Premarital Counseling, Family Conflict, Parenting Support, Life and Family Transitions, Child and Adolescent Counseling and the Good Divorce & Positive Coparenting. I also offer Clinical Supervision and training for licensure as a Professional Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist.
