My approach to therapy is person-centered, focusing on taking into account that the client-therapist relationship is unique and should always benefit you. I am committed to serving all people and serve inclusively the LGBTQIA2S+ community, the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and the marginalized communities.

I find that it is important to connect with your therapist and feel as though you are talking to someone who can understand you.
