If you are struggling with negative impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, negative patterns of communication, feelings of loneliness, lack of fulfillment in your relationship, infidelity, betrayal, and/or lack of intimacy; I am committed to understanding you and your relationship fully, walking into painful experiences, and standing by your side as you tackle the underlying issues that have led you to this painful place.
I specialize in relationships and work from an approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT), which helps build a more meaningful, safe, and loving connection. EFT gets right to the root of the problem and creates opportunities for couples to have safe, honest, and more vulnerable conversations which leads to deeper intimacy, connection, and empathy.
Reaching out for help and guidance can be so incredibly vulnerable and for that reason, my priority is to create a safe space from our first phone call. My goal is to help you reach depths that you never have before and open new doors to a world of possibilities that you never knew existed. I am honored to be a part of this process.
