I specialize in working with people who have experienced Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), which often results in some of the following features: emotional flashbacks, anxiety, depression, inner-criticism, self-abandonment, and shame. I am affirming of all ethnicities, races, abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities and welcome the chance to look at how culture may be impacting what you are struggling with. We express our distress through various symptoms such as anxiety, isolation, dissociation, and anger.
