One of my specialties is helping individuals bring mindfulness to their daily lives. I do this in a practical, straight-forward way to help bring wellness and meaning to life. I have been a meditator for over 8 years and successfully integrated this practice into my daily life.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). This technique helps process trauma that for whatever reason may not have processed in a "normal" way.
