I know it stretches you to take on difficult issues in your life, and you need to be met with compassion and acceptance. Because when you "graduate" from therapy I want you to enter your world of interactions effectively and fluidly.

You want to figure out how things got to how they are and how you are going to change them. I really listen to you, and together we walk through the distress to understand how to mend and equip you to face the reality of your world.

I help clients to see how their nervous system and brain respond to each other in instances of intense emotion. I connect with and provide helpful feedback to my clients. Lastly, I address old patterns with my clients and help them to change to a new life story and outlook.
