I believed that the goal of any therapy is to help a client live the life they want to live. I believe that the relationship with my clients is the most fundamental piece of our work. This relationship becomes the platform from which we can explore their uncertainties, beliefs, and feelings.
I encourage my clients to live in the here-and-now of our work – emphasizing and bringing them fully into contact with their reactions in the moment. I believe it is this meaningful contact with the present which helps to shake off cobwebs and encourages clients to engage creatively with their life and concerns.
