She approaches therapy with a trauma-informed mentality and uses an integrative model of counseling that relies heavily on a strength-based and person-centered perspective to target client’s need.
Additionally, she is an EMDR Certified Therapist. EMDR is an evidenced-based technique that can help people overcome negative side effects and emotional distress from trauma and disturbing life experiences.
