Giving attention to yourself can be a daunting task when your plate is full. This is compounded when thriving professionally and/or academically, but feeling challenged relationally, emotionally, or dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic event. My goal is to empower each client to cultivate healthier relationships, enhance emotional well-being, and thrive in all aspects of their lives. In our time together, I collaborate with clients in a peaceful, authentic, and nonjudgmental manner as we seek to journey through these numerous concerns.
I often challenge clients to dig deeper in order to get to the root of an emotion or experience, which leads to transformational moments of clarity. These moments help clients to use the "debris" of past traumas to build more fortified future experiences and relationships.
