My practice is currently full. Welcome! I offer an open-hearted, compassionate approach, rooted in relational, mindfulness, and spiritual techniques. You have an innate strength, capable of leading you to peace and clarity, and I am here to partner with you and guide you to that inner wisdom. I take a non-pathological approach and view "symptoms" and "diagnoses" as protective coping mechanisms with positive intent, despite their negative impact. When we get curious about these protective parts, we can form a relationship with them and discover the underlying vulnerability needing attention and healing.
I am a Certified IFS Therapist and my approach is highly rooted in Internal Family Systems. Via telehealth, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and consultation for therapists new to Internal Family Systems. I particularly enjoy working with fellow healers who are looking for deeper insight and growth to transform what is no longer serving them.
I am licensed to see clients in NC and TX. If my approach resonates with you, please send me an email and we can set up a time to talk about what our work together may look like for you. If you would like more information about IFS, please visit https://ifs-institute.com/. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome diverse clients.
