I specialize in Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Depression, and Existential Issues. I spend a large percentage of my time with my clients helping them develop a meditation practice. My treatment plans are based on the holistic needs of the individual and not just specific symptoms.
My interventions vary from client to client since no two minds work the same. I believe that treatment should be temporary or on an as-needed basis. For this reason, I offer coaching and consulting services depending on how they may be called for.
