I have expertise working with individuals with histories of trauma (e.g. sexual abuse), specifically men. I also work with people managing physical pain, chronic and acute, to help them alleviate and/or cope with the pain and change their relationship to it. I often work with psychophysiologic conditions that benefit from increased self-awareness.
I value and utilize the therapeutic relationship we create together. I work from a relational and mindfulness perspective. I come from a place of curiosity about who you are and integrate mindfulness and the mind-body connection in our work.
