My approach is empathetic, playful, and collaborative.
I often work with younger and older adults, helping them to examine where they come from and where they're going in life. I also enjoy working with couples and people experiencing different types of grief. Often people come into psychotherapy feeling stuck, as if they're being propelled by forces outside of their control. I want to help you regain control.
