Growing up, I heard a lot of negative things about therapy. You may have also experienced a cultural stigma against the idea of talking about your innermost thoughts and feelings with someone other than family or friends. However, I believe everyone can work towards happiness with the right kind of support in their lives. I provide online counseling for adults or teens who are seeking help with anxiety, post traumatic stress, prenatal & postpartum concerns, high-pressure work/school, and more.

My counseling style is compassionate, down to earth, and straightforward, with a goal of creating a space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings honestly. Our work together will be customized to your specific needs, and we will set your therapeutic goals together based on what you would like to achieve.
