I am especially interested in serving children, adults, and adolescents with depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, and Bi-Polar disorder. I have experience with providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I take an interpersonal approach to treatment, with a special focus on individualized care that is based on research. I also offer trauma-informed and spiritually-integrated services.
The decision to seek counseling services can be difficult and scary, especially when thinking about sharing the most painful parts of your life with others. In our work together we will work through the hurt to create a new understanding, and implement new solutions. The ultimate goal in this work is for you to feel more connected, stronger, and healthier.
My passion is simply to help people that are experiencing emotional pain that is preventing them from thriving! My goal is to walk my clients through their healing journey by offering a safe space.
