My therapeutic model Structural Family Therapy focuses on dysfunctional family patterns. In general; we have been touched by a form of trauma that has bled into how we see the world today. My heart work is getting to the root cause. I also provide AO Scan sessions to help identify areas that may be out of balance and help you to optimize your health.
I take my cues from you. I observe patterns of interactions and we go from there. First steps are always to connect and ensure you feel safe, heard, and seen. Therapy is what you make it. I can not do the work for you but I am here for you. You will not always like me which is okay. I will always tell it to you straight out of love and concern.
