I specialize in individual therapy for women, people in the LGBTQAI+ community, and those in non-traditional relationships. People may have told you how to think and feel and what is good for you. I strive to be non-judgmental, and to truly hear your goals and work with you to reach them, without telling you what is right for you and your life.
My own journey through recovery and trauma has inspired my work as a therapist. I can understand how difficult and intimidating it is to seek help.
