Thriving in a world torn apart by broken relationships, unmet expectations, and ongoing heartache can seem like a far off dream. While navigating the ups and downs of life can be challenging, I believe God uses our pain to help us see ourselves, to see God, and to see others more accurately. I am passionate about helping people move from brokenness and sorrow to hope and restoration, and I believe that this journey is not meant to be an independent one. I’m here as a companion for this journey to help you to uncover your God-given identity, and embrace a healthy sense of self.
I offer biblically based Christian counseling, Spiritual Direction, and Grief Recovery services. I am trained in inner healing prayer and have worked with post-abortive women, and women navigating miscarriage and pregnancy loss. I offer a non-judgmental space to ask hard questions and wrestle with faith and spirituality.
I am here to support those navigating a season of spiritual deconstruction, church or spiritual abuse, life transitions, grief, divorce, forgiveness issues, OCD, narcissistic relationships, vocation and calling, and seasons of discernment.
