Listen, share and learn to cope with the help of a experienced grief counselor and other parents who have lost an adult child to suicide or drug overdose. This small, confidential support group is for parents overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, flashbacks or emotional numbness. Mental Health Support Group
This group gathers people to support each other in overcoming hardships and developing a more fulfilling life. Through sharing experiences, participants offer encouragement and comfort to other group members and receive the same in return. These interpersonal interactions allow group members to deepen their self-awareness, learn how they relate to others, and receive multiple perspective in a safe and confidential environment. Spouse Grief Support
This four week therapy group will help people who are struggling to cope following the death of a spouse or life partner. Led by grief counselor, Lynn Acquafondata, session will include grief education, coping tools and facilitated supportive conversation. Meets 2:45 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays April 2, 9, 16, 23.
