I specialize in couples therapy and guide couples to strengthen communication, connection and intimacy. Many of my clients struggle with arguments, tension, or "feeling like roommates". Others face difficulties related to division of household duties, parenting, and sex. Some couples begin therapy for support with one partner's alcohol use, anxiety or depression. Many couples come to me in a state of crisis as they contemplate divorce or grapple with the pain of infidelity. I am well versed in helping couples come together to talk through the challenges they are facing, learn relationship skills, bond, heal and grow.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT is an evidence-based practice focused on helping others improve relationships. I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I also provide therapy to parents, coparents and families utilizing an attachment based approach.
You will find me to be warm, non-judgmental, and compassionately direct. I help my clients make the changes they want to make. My clients appreciate my ability to provide action-oriented guidance on strengthening their relationship. I work with all couples and have a special interest in doing therapy with business owner, executives, and high performers.
