As a gay therapist, I understand the beauty and complexity of the coming out process. It can be both exhilarating and frightening. This group is here to support you, regardless of your coming out experience. Being queer can sometimes feel like an underrepresented and misunderstood identity, leaving individuals unsure of what their life can look like and how to navigate the unique challenges and celebrations that come with being queer. The aim is to provide a sense of community and a space to process your biases, queer culture, attachment, sex, and how to navigate difficult family or relationship dynamics. Really any and all things sexuality.

Join us in this support group where we come together to share our day to day experiences and feelings while we work with clay. This group focuses on centering embodiment, connection to others, and play. Whether you want to open up and talk or simply listen, this space is here for you. We will engage with clay as an avenue for working towards embodiment. What you do with the clay is entirely up to you. This clay is yours to mold and shape in a way that feels most authentic to you.
