Interpersonal Group
This is a weekly in-the-moment, process group for men and women who seek to... ~expand their capacity for intimacy ~improve their social skills ~find out how they come across to others ~practice new ways of interacting ~learn how to assert their feelings ~gain insight into their feelings and behaviors ...all of which takes place in a small (maximum of eight)therapeutic group setting with an experienced, doctoral-level group leader.

Single...and wanting more from your relationships? Are you having difficulty finding the relationships that you want? Is it hard for you to express your real feelings to others? Do your relationships tend to end unhappily ro just fade away? Have your connections to others failed to be intimate and fulfilling? If you have answered "Yes" to any of these questions, come and explore such relationship issues with other single men and women. These weekly, experiential, in-the-moment group sessions are limited in size (no more than 8) and will be facilitated by a licensed, doctoral-level psychologist.
