It's not often people get to say how much they enjoy their work, but I do. As the co-founder of Insight Into Action Therapy, I get to meet fascinating people and assist them as they navigate through tough times. I do so through individual and family therapy. In addition, I facilitate several groups, primarily our Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program which is designed to help individuals with co-occuring substance abuse and mental health problems. Besides therapy, I provide community educations and lectures on various topics impacting individuals and the society as a whole.
I believe an essential part of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client, which I feel is one of my strengths. It is this connection that allows us to work towards an understanding of the difficulties so that we can work towards your goals.

Groups
Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program
The DDRP was designed to assist individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Developed from Best Practice Models of the most effective dual diagnosis treatment, it includes age-appropriate interventions and groups for adolescents, young adults, and adults. Treatment is individualized and unique to each person and their place within the stages of recovery. The DDRP offers an adolescent, young adult, and an adult track.
